Gjirokastër Castle – Under the historic East Tower, slope stabilization works were carried out to protect the structure and surrounding terrain. A major fracture was reinforced through the installation of Ø48 rock bolts, drilled, grouted, and anchored to an 18m depth. This intervention ensured both structural stability and the preservation of the cultural monument.
2022
Koman Hydropower Plant – Rockfall protection works were carried out on the slope rising 180m above the dam. The intervention included the installation of double-twisted high-torsion netting anchored from the crest to the waterline, combined with grouted R32 rock bolts at 3m intervals. Additional stabilization was performed on overhanging rock masses above the dam by drilling 9m deep holes and installing grouted R38 rock bolts. These measures ensured long-term slope stability and enhanced the safety of the hydropower infrastructure.

Koman Hydropower Plant – Stabilization works in the Forebay area included reinforcing a major fracture with Ø48mm rock bolts, cement-grouted and anchored to a depth of 20m. In addition, a 180m-long, 5m-high high-capacity rockfall barrier was installed along the slope above the dam to enhance safety and long-term structural stability.

Fierza Hydropower Dam – Comprehensive reconstruction and rehabilitation works, including the rebuilding of Access Tunnels Nr. 276 ASL and Nr. 230 ASL. Design, fabrication, and installation of rust-proof metal structures throughout Access Tunnel 276 ASL, as well as the design, manufacture, and installation of a steep-hill industrial lift. These interventions enhanced both operational efficiency and long-term durability of the dam infrastructure.

A-1 Motorway, Montenegro – Advanced rockfall protection works were carried out to safeguard critical infrastructure in challenging mountainous terrain. The project involved the installation of 9 m deep grouted rock bolts and high-capacity rockfall barriers along exposed slopes. Through precise engineering, careful planning, and expert execution, these interventions significantly enhanced slope stability and ensured long-term safety, showcasing our capability to deliver reliable solutions in complex environments.
